About me
For most of my career I've worked as the sole product designer on GO, a B2B SaaS intranet platform, owning the design process from research and discovery through implementation and launch. That experience shaped me into a highly autonomous designer who balances strategic thinking with execution. Working closely with customers, product and engineering, I designed solutions that balanced user needs, business goals and technical realities, creating experiences that served both the organizations using the platform and the people within them.
At my core I want to craft experiences that are genuinely exceptional. I see problems as opportunities to improve and I'm always looking inward, assessing where I can show up better as a designer, a collaborator and a teammate. I care deeply about the people I work with and believe strong relationships and psychological safety lead to better collaboration and ultimately better outcomes.
How I work
Design excellence
I care deeply about quality, and to me that means more than strong visuals. It means clarity, documentation and a seamless handoff process that sets the team up for success. In my past role I strengthened our design handoff standards, introduced more structured documentation and partnered closely with QA to implement a formal design QA process. This led to a higher quality of shipped work.
Ownership and resilience
Operating primarily as a solo designer without a design manager shaped me into someone who takes full ownership of my work and outcomes. I'm comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, asking hard questions when something doesn't serve the business or the user, and advocating for design even when it's not the loudest voice in the room. Challenges have strengthened my resilience and I don't back away from complexity when things get difficult.
Collaboration and team building
I believe the best outcomes happen when product, engineering, QA and design work in true partnership, where ideas can be shared openly, expertise is respected and people feel safe contributing. Building that kind of environment matters to me, and so does creating intentional moments of connection beyond the work itself. Whether through organized activities or a yearly wrapped event to celebrate our highlights, those moments build the trust that makes collaboration stronger and the work better.
Outside of work
When I'm not designing, I’m just a girl who yaps too much, obsessed with films and matcha, and always tuned into pop culture, which probably explains why I’m endlessly curious and love understanding people.
Here’s a few highlights from my recent trip to Korea!
